  • This was the 18th show Metallica has played in Denver, CO. The first time they played in Denver was on March 5, 1985 at the Rainbow Music Hall on the Ride the Lightning tour.

  • The last time Metallica performed in Denver was on March 31, 2004 at the Pepsi Center on the Madly in Anger With the World tour.

  • Metallica has played Denver on the following tours: Ride the Lightning, Damage, Inc., Van Halen’s Monsters of Rock, Damaged Justice, Wherever We May Roam, Guns ‘N Metallica, Summer Shit, Poor Touring Me, Poor Re-Touring Me, Summer Sanitarium, Summer Sanitarium 2003, and Madly in Anger With the World.

  • This was the first time in 22 years that Ride the Lightning was performed in Denver. It was last performed here on May 15, 1986 at the McNichols Arena.

  • This was the first time in 10 years that The Memory Remains was performed in Denver. It was last performed here on September 8, 1998 at Fiddlers Green Amphitheatre.
