  • This was the eleventh time that Metallica performed a show in Sydney.

  • Metallica was last in Sydney just two months ago on September 18, 2010. They have a total of four 2010 gigs scheduled in the city.

  • This was the first time that The Day That Never Comes was played in Sydney.

  • The following four songs were played for the second time in Sydney: That Was Just Your Life, The End of the Line, Broken, Beat & Scarred, and ...And Justice for All.

  • This was the first time in 21 years that ...And Justice for All was played in Sydney. It was last performed here on May 6, 1989.

  • This was the third time that Through the Never and Motorbreath were played in Sydney.
